Odoo developer

We are looking for an Odoo Developer to strengthen our technical team. You will work directly with us to design, build, and maintain Odoo-based solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in small teams, wants end-to-end responsibility, and likes combining technical depth with real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Odoo Development
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Python backend, XML views, automated actions).
Adapt and extend standard Odoo modules to support real business workflows.
Build integrations with external tools and services (REST APIs, webhooks).
Technical Collaboration
Translate functional needs into technical solutions in close collaboration with the CTO.
Participate in architectural choices and technical decision-making.
Contribute ideas to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Quality & Reliability
Write clean, structured, and maintainable code.
Participate in code reviews and testing activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues when needed.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Document technical implementations and business logic.
Share knowledge within the team to improve overall technical maturity.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical
Experience with Python and the Odoo framework.
Solid understanding of Odoo models, ORM, views, and workflows.
Experience working with PostgreSQL and external APIs.
Comfortable using Git and working in a collaborative codebase.
Soft Skills
Autonomous and proactive mindset.
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a small team with high responsibility.
Nice to Have
Experience with Odoo Enterprise.
Knowledge of Docker, deployment pipelines, or CI/CD.
Understanding of business domains such as CRM, sales, accounting, inventory, or project management.
