Your Role
As a Functional Analyst, you act as a bridge between clients and development teams. You translate business needs into structured functional specifications and actively contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
You will work on complex projects, interact directly with customers, and take ownership of functional topics while contributing to best practices and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities
Meet clients and understand their business processes and challenges.
Analyze business needs and formalize them into clear functional specifications.
Propose relevant functional and technical solutions in collaboration with developers.
Act as a key point of contact for functional matters during projects.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and feasibility of delivered solutions.
Apply best practices and contribute to process and methodology improvements.
Share knowledge and support less experienced team members when relevant.
Participate in open-source or community-driven initiatives related to your expertise.
Your Profile
Strong communication skills, comfortable with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Ability to adapt your communication to different industries and client contexts.
Proven capability to analyze complex business problems and structure requirements.
Good IT understanding, allowing effective collaboration with development teams.
Curious, pragmatic, and interested in new technologies.
Team-oriented, autonomous, and responsible.
Fluent in French with a good command of English.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven experience in functional or business analysis (medior or senior level).
Solid knowledge of business process analysis.
Autonomous, structured, and detail-oriented working style.
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Comfortable working in an onsite/hybrid environment.
