Your mission
As aJunior Functional Analyst, you play a key role between the technical teams and our clients.
You participate in gathering requirements, defining solutions, and configuring Odoo modules to create a tangible impact for our clients.
Your main responsibilities
Understand clients' business processes and identify needs
Participate in functional workshops and write specifications
Configure Odoo modules and participate in their customization
Collaborate with developers to adapt solutions to specific needs
Test and validate the implemented solutions
Prepare documentation and participate in client training or demonstrations
Contribute to improving our internal methods and tools
Desired profile
Experience and technical skills:
First experience as an ERP consultant, functional analyst, or business analyst (internship or job)
Interest in enterprise management software & strategic support for businesses.
Ability to analyze and formalize business processes
Knowledge of Odoo
Behavioral skills:
Curiosity and analytical mindset
Clear communication and ease in interacting with clients
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Motivation to learn and evolve quickly
Fluent French, operational English
